The Oiling of America

The presentation in the next post by Sally Fallon is a presentation prepared by Mary G. Enig, Ph.D.  Mary Enig is a nutritionist/biochemist who is well known for her research on dietary fats.  An excellent book she wrote on the topic: "Know Your Fats: The Complete Primer for Understanding the Nutrition of Fats, Oils, and Cholesterol"
